Limitless AI Solutions LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“Company”, “we”, “us”) operates the Aura Girlfriend Service.

2) Data We Collect

Account Data: Name and email. Stored in Supabase (servers located in Poland, EU).
Payment Data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. We receive subscription status, plan, and transactional metadata.
Usage Data: Basic logs such as credits used, plan status, timestamps, and technical diagnostics for reliability and support.
Cookies: Minimal first-party cookies for session management and authentication.

3) How We Use Data

To create and maintain your account and authenticate you.
To process payments and manage subscriptions (via Stripe).
To provide support and operate automations (via self-hosted n8n on our Vultr server in Poland).
To maintain security, debug issues, and improve reliability.
To send essential service communications (e.g., account or billing notices).

4) Where & How We Store Data

Supabase (Poland, EU): stores account name and email.
Stripe: processes all payments; card details are not stored on our systems.
Vultr (Poland): hosts our Flask backend, static frontend, and self-hosted n8n for support workflows.

5) Sharing of Data

With Stripe to process payments.
With service providers necessary to operate the Service (infrastructure/hosting).
With authorities if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
We do not sell your personal data.

6) Retention

Account data is retained while your account remains active.
You may request deletion; transactional records may be retained as required by law (e.g., tax/accounting).

7) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8) Your Rights (including EU/EEA)

9) Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or higher age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
